Regular readers will know I take photos of my family everyday. I drive them crazy but don’t want to miss out on anything or to forget all those little things. Many of the pictures make it to my blog, some of them get printed and put in frames or the occasional photobooks but the majority are just stored digitally.
I was really excited therefore to be approached by photobox to review some of their photo gifts. There are so many products to choose from it took me a while to decide but finally I settled on a collage canvas print of our girls and a tough iPhone 4 case for myself.
The Website
The site itself is very easy to use. They have an ipad app which is brilliant but currently offers only a limited number of their products. I used it to purchase the iPhone case but had to go to the main site to order the canvas. I can’t wait for more of their gifts to become available on the ipad. The main site has so many more. I’ve been a Photobox customer for a while now and have always loved how easy it is to use. Delivery is always super quick and everything comes packaged really well too. I can’t recommend enough.
The case itself is brilliant and would make an ideal present. Its so quick and easy to do and I think it turned out brilliantly. The pictures are bright and colourful and the insert seems to make it really well protected. I am glad I went for the tough one. My girls are always getting hold of my phone and dropping it etc but i’m sure it will survive them now. I love it!
Online Help
There was a slight problem with my iPhone cover as initially I only received the photo case and not the rubber insert. I tried out the online help chat though and it was all sorted really quickly and another sent the following day. No hanging around waiting for responses to emails, it was sorted in minutes. You can’t complain at that.
Unable to decide on one picture I decided to try a multiple one. There were lots of different templates but I chose one that would accommodate 7 recent pictures of my girls. I wasn’t sure how it would turn out but must say I was very pleasantly surprised with how good it looks. This is the largest size (76.2cm x 50.8cm) and does look pretty impressive.
It is very light as the name suggests and thinner than my other canvas (as expected) but is very good quality and I’m a happy customer. Everyone who has seen it has commented on how lovely it is.
It was delivered within 24 hours and I really liked the way it was packaged. .I felt as though photobox had taken every care to protect it.
With so many great offers on I’m definitely going to be letting more of my photos free and ordering more great gifts for us and our families.
