The change in weather has been greatly appreciated in this house. Not only does it mean lots more time spent outside but the warm clothes have been ditched and the summer ones have come out yeehhh!!

Whilst the girls coats and wellies looked good in autum we were starting to get a bit bored of them. There’s something so much nicer about summer clothes. Anyone who knows me and this blog will know I like to keep my girls looking young and girly. We love pretty little dresses and skirts, frilly socks, hats and sometimes matching outfits or a bit the same but different.

Poppy is starting to get a bit older now but is still very girly. She likes pink, sparkles and flowers and yes she does like jeans but she prefers dresses and pumps. Rosie has always been our fashion queen. She enjoys mixing patterns, bright colours and big hair bows.

Daisy at two and a half loves anything she can put on herself as she is fiercely independent. She loves the colours pink, blue and yellow but doesn’t look good in purple. Recently she’s wanted to have her hair in bunches.

Here’s what she wore one day this week:

Top – Next (last years)

Skirt – one I made

Shoes – Next

Hat -Tesco

She had started the day with a cardigan and socks but it was so warm she had taken them off by the time I got round to taking photos.

I love this little skirt I made last summer. I wasn’t expecting it still to fit as it was quite short last year but these days she doesn’t wear a nappy so fits better than ever. Daisy and Rosie both had these tops last summer and they were lived in. Daisys no longer fits but she inherited big sisters. It still looks almost new though.

The hat she tried on in Tescos this week and received so many lovely comments I couldn’t resist. She actually enjoys wearing it too which is a plus.

The shoes are very cute to look at and she actually has in two colours because they were such a bargain. Unfortunately they are a pain to put on and off. The strap doesn’t undo the whole way so it makes it difficult to manoeuvre a wiggling toddlers feet in and out of. Also when trying to do it herself she treads the back down which will make it uncomfortable if she keeps doing it. Shame because they are gorgeous.

Here’s a few more photos:
