Last weekend wasn’t the best for the girls. Mummy and Daddy went out on Friday night (Husbands work Christmas ball) and got a little bit tipsy. As Mummy doesn’t usually drink much, the endless supply of free pink champagne and wine resulted in her being completely unable to get up in the morning and to be honest left her pretty much out of action for most of the day (naughty Mummy)! Oh and even worse Daddy had to work. Luckily though the Grandparents were around to help and the weather was horrible so they didn’t really notice that much.
On Sunday we did manage to catch up with my Sister and her boys (the girls Cousins). We started off with a yummy roast dinner at ours (get me cooking for 11) and then we all went out for a walk. It was lovely to all get out together and was even better when we found a play park to play in. They all had a whale of a time. I didn’t take the big camera out, instead just managing to get a few on my phone.
Not quite my usual standard of photography but you get the idea. Not quite our usual outdoors adventures but an adventure nonetheless.

November 15, 2015 at 10:10 am (9 years ago)simple adventures are often the best. Looks like that all had fun lots of smiley faces. Like the 3 of them on the bench and laughed at the adult with the hat on, the daft sort of thing we would do.
Great way to blow the cobwebs away.
Oh dear at the hangover.

November 15, 2015 at 9:53 pm (9 years ago)What a beautiful walk, the kids look like they’re having a fabulous time exploring the local parks with their cousins. It’s great that you managed to get some fresh air over the weekend, although it sounds like you had a great weekend. Everyone’s so bundled up that it looks so autumny. Thanks for linking up with me on Country Kids.
