I’ve mentioned before that Rosie (aged 3 1/2) loves the colour purple and has a lot more say in her clothes than big Sister Poppy ever did. This is an outfit she put together herself this week:
Although mixing different patterns would look odd on most of us, Rosie gets away with it. She looks fun and quirky. The model poses are all her too. We often joke she will have a job in fashion one day:
Top – part of a pack of two From H&M
Skirt – Laura Ashley
Tights – H&M
Hair Bow – one of mine
I find H&M teeshirts and tights have a lovely stretch to them and keep their shape really well. They have fab patterns and colours to choose from and are very reasonable too. For pretty skirts, dresses and knitwear I tend to head to places like Laura Ashley. They offer classic designs in fun and quirky fabrics. Whilst they are more expensive, they wash really well and really do last.
I think Rosie looks pretty cute! This outfit suits her cheeky personality perfectly.

January 19, 2014 at 10:24 pm (11 years ago)Wow, she has style! Love that she picked this outfit out herself. I’m a big fan of purple, it’s such a bright confident colour.
I’m sorry it’s taken so long for me to comment. It’s been a whirlwind with the boys having chickenpox!
