Last week was a good week and I managed level three every day! I'm feeling pretty proud of myself. I might not have a six pack or be able to do push ups yet but my body has definitely changed shape. Husband thinks I've lost about a stone but as I haven't weighed myself I couldn't tell you if I have or not.
What I can say is that I'm thinner round my middle, my hips are smaller and despite being that time of the month, my tummy is pretty flat too. My arms are more toned and I have more energy…to be honest I feel great! Oh and I'm not needing a wee every time I jump up and down like I did at the start. I can even get into clothes that I previously couldn't and have inspired 3 others to do it to.
I am enjoying the results so much I don't want to stop exercising now. So at the end of the 30 days I am going to keep doing it on week days. It's part of my routine now and only takes 20 minutes. I will mix up all the routines depending on my mood, I might use the cross trainer or run on other days and then rest at weekends.
As I had 2 days off last weekend I've started from there:
Day 20 – Feeling really good today. I did level 3 today and boy was it hard. I tried to keep up and had to do some of the easier moves but I did it!
Day 21 – did level 3 again and feeling good. I'm definitely thinner and tummy quite flat 🙂
Day 22 – felt stronger today and managed some of Natalie's moves. Very proud of myself. Tried a dress on I brought before Christmas but didn't fit then and now it does!!!
Day 23 – didn't have much energy today but did level 3. It was hard but I pushed self and was glad I did!
Day 24 – it's definitely working. I love this Dvd. Managed level 3 again although I don't look anything like them, I am seeing results. It's fab!
Day 25 – feeling really good, fitter, stronger and thinner! Want to jump up and down squealing excitedly!
Day 26 – feeling stronger today. Managed to keep up well and some of the exercises getting easier.
A huge improvement since week 1, 2 and 3. Have you tried it yet?
In terms of exercising with a toddler, Daisy really likes level 3. She happily dances along waving her arms and hands excitedly. She likes to sit on my back during the superman move singing “row, row, row boat” which makes it pretty difficult, she climbs under me during many of the plank moves. I obviously don't get low enough or she couldn't do it. Then she gets in the middle of my legs for a big cuddle when stretching and cooling down. It's not easy but I do it and she's not that bothered for 20 minutes.
I'm almost at the end of 30 days now.
