Another sunny week meant more pretty outfits & lots of outdoors fun.
Husband has been away for the whole week but is due back any minute. Whilst he's been away we have kept ourselves busy. We've been to toddler groups & spent lots of time with friends. It ended with the last day of term and the end of Poppy being in Reception. I can't believe how far she has come in a year. Such a proud Mummy but a bit emotional too.
195. “Pretty Cool” – Daisy was loving being in the garden this afternoon. She was so warm though I stripped her off & was much happier then. She looked very cute playing in her nappy & sun hat.
196. “A Bugs Life” – Daisy like her Sisters, loves being outside. Here she is playing with bug in the garden this afternoon.
197. “Playing In Church” – We went with friends to a new toddler group held at the local church today. It was lovely & relaxing with new faces & toys as well as free coffee and cake. We all enjoyed it.
198. “Anyone Home?” – Our local community centre has a lovely cafe and play area has just opened up outside too. It's lovely! The girls had great fun playing together.
199. “Presents For The Teachers” – Poppy and I made chocolates for her Teachers tonight. They looked lovely and she was happy with them. We also did the party invites.
200. “A Sad Face” – oh dear! Poppy was thrilled to receive her Gold award for excellent behaviour & work today. It meant she was presented with a Gold star brooch to go with the bronze and silver ones she already has and a trophy/present too. Unfortunately she had misplaced the trophy before she left the classroom and her teachers couldn't find it anywhere. She has to wait until September now 🙁
My favourite this week though was this one 201. “Old Friends” – Taken in the garden today when my friends Angie & Nics came to see us. It was a brilliant day, all the children played beautifully and we got to catch up. Lovely!
Hope you've all been enjoying te sunshine too.
