We have enjoyed all sorts of outside fun and adventures so far this Summer but I must admit I have been a bit slow on blogging about it all.
Anyway a few weeks ago we took the girls to Windsor Castle and they loved it. They spent lots of time looking high and low for the Queen or any real princesses that might be visiting. We didn’t find any of course but had plenty of fun looking:
The girls enjoyed having a nosey inside the castle and especially loved the massive dolls house. If you haven seen it yet, it’s pretty special and they want one just like it now of course – “Please Daddy”!
But the best bit was just exploring the grounds and being outside. The castle is beautiful and it was such a gorgeous, bright sunny day too:
We were all a bit hot and sticky at the end of the day so finished off with an ice cream before heading home. Definitely a day they will remember this Summer.
Linking in with country Kids as always because we just love being outdoors.
