It’s been a bit of a mixed week this week. Husbands had the week off which has been really lovely and meant lots of days out/ family adventures. With such beautiful scenery I’ve been pretty impressed with the photos I’ve been taking too. However, Daisy’s not been well, we thought it was teething but turns out she’s had a virus which included a super high temperature and ended in an all over rash and upset tummy. Poor thing.
We are moving at the end of the month so up to our eyes in boxes – the girls are as anxious as I am about this move which isn’t good and as a result are playing up a bit which isn’t so great 🙁
Here’s my photos though:

Day 222
A quiet day after a busy few days. The girls played inside and out. Daisy had a high temperature and wasn’t great at all. I almost forgot to take a photo so took this one of Poppy in the bath!
Day 223
Daisy really wasn’t well at all so I stayed home with her whilst Husband took the big girls out to a National Trust Roman Villa. They enjoyed a great time and benefited from some quality time with Daddy. They all came back exhausted but very pleased with these mosaic coasters they had made. Mum popped over today which was really nice.
Day 224
Another quiet day with a poorly Daisy. She needed lots of cuddles and kisses and attention. Luckily Husband was around to help out. The girls enjoyed playing with new birthday toys and out the front on scooters and bikes.
Day 225
Daisy seemed much better today so headed off to another beautiful National Trust garden. The weather was a bit hit and miss but the girls enjoyed running around, feeding fish and best of all sharing a picnic with a family of ducks. Just perfect!
Day 226
Poor Daisy was pickled in a rash today which is apparently normal after a virus (not teething then)! Husband took the big girls swimming for a few hours which they really enjoyed whilst I caught up on some work at home and enjoyed the peace whilst Daisy napped. Another busy day sorting stuff to move.
Day 227
A gorgeous day out by the river today until it started to rain. The girls enjoyed running races, seeing horses and generally just being children. Lots of fun. This afternoon it was more scooting/cycling in the street with friends. A lovely end to the day.
Day 228
We enjoyed a beautiful walk today. We planned to go out for just an hour but ended staying out for over 4. The girls walked miles (even Daisy). They enjoyed getting up close to goats and sheep and especially enjoyed the zip wire at the end (as did Mummy & Daddy). Later they enjoyed catching up with friends and more scooting/ cycling. Another really lovely day.
Hope you’ve had a great week too
