Definitely a better week than last but not a great one. Daisy started to pick up after a few days on antibiotics which was good and the big girls didn't catch it (whooping cough) which was even better. They were tired and grumpy though and think it was just because it was approaching the end of term and they were worn out. It ended with going up to Chester to clean the filth left behind by our old tenants. I did get to see my very lovely friend and her children though which was an added bonus.

Day 89 – “Climbing High

A lovely afternoon spent with my Mum and big girls at Cattle Country for a birthday party. My poorly Dad babysat a poorly Daisy, who fortunately naps for a good chunk of the afternoon anyway. Lots of fun!

Day 90 – “Dressed To Impress”

Daisy looked very pretty in this old dress of Poppy's. She was so excited to put it on and ran off to get her Welles and bike before sitting down to watch Cbeebies. Very sweet! A quiet day. Mum came over but apart from a bit of food shopping, didn't do much.

Day 91 – “An Easter Nest”

Rosie was really excited to make this at Preschool this morning. She couldn't wait to share it with her Sisters. A bit of a lazy one, Rosie exhausted.

Day 92 – Early To Bed”

All the girls were tired and grumpy this evening so were in bed by 6.30pm. I was exhausted too but was pleased to see Husband home tonight.

Day 93 – “Bunny Ears”

Poppy had a school Easter party this evening and these were her bunny ears. Luckily I brought 3 pairs as Daisy took quite a shine to them. A quiet morning followed by a play date for Rosie. A lovely afternoon!

Day 94 – “Pretty As A Picture”

This was Rosie being very cheeky this afternoon. We were very surprised to hear Husbands Mum & partner were in the area and ended up having a lovely afternoon together. later my Mum came over (with cooked chickens, salad & crusty bread) so we all enjoyed dinner before heading up to Chester to clean our house. The tenants moved out 3 weeks ago and husband has painted top to bottom but it all needs a good clean. Mum staying at ours to look after children and we get 2 nights in a hotel!

Day 95 – Filthy Tenants”

Not a romantic break but it wasn't meant to be….I have never witnessed such filth or cleaned so much in my life. These people looked pretty clean but obviously weren't. It was disgusting and they made no attempt to make any effort at all. We worked really hard 9am to 10pm but at the end I got to enjoy coffee and a proper catch up with my old friend and neighbour (Husband finished glossing).

Some lovely photos of our week I think. Can't wait to see yours.
