Without a doubt, being outside and in the fresh air calms our children down and makes them better behaved. Today after a particularly bad start husband decided to take our outside adventures to another level….a PT session.
There were pull ups (or rather hang on for as long as possible):
There was lots of runnng races, both on flat ground and winding in and out of poles:
There was a bit of climbing and ducking when it was a bit hard:
Some throwing:
Some pushing and pulling:
Afterwards they were rewarded with time to play and a look at the fish:
Do you exercise your children like this? I think they enjoyed it!

February 15, 2015 at 8:28 pm (10 years ago)On school days my son and I walk to and from school and its a bit far esp for his short legs so thats our exercise. On weekends we do go out and we try to do a lot of activity to be active as well =) #countrykids
