Okay this week has been a bit of a roller coaster for us and as such has led me to feeling a bit unsettled and stressed out.
Monday – Husband headed back to work after two weeks and I had the usual School run with both girls. Luckily it had been raining so Rosie enjoyed splashing in all the puddles:
Tuesday – Poppy went to Preschool this morning and Rosie enjoyed a morning nap. Then we headed off to the toddler group at the School. It was lovely to catch up with everyone as I haven’t been for a while and the girls thoroughly enjoyed themselves with painting and playing. Later I discovered it looked like we would be moving in June so happy and settled before baby pops out! Couldn’t be happier.
Wednesday – Poppy at School all day so Rosie and I enjoyed lazy day at home. We are a bit stuck at the moment as he car is really not happy but the new one should be with us in a few weeks. I actually got lots done including ironing which I hate but still had time to rest too.
Thursday – Poppy went to School this morning and Rosie and I played at home. A bit more puddle jumping kept Rosie entertained and then this evening Husbands Cousin was working in the area so came to stay. It was lovely to see him and the girls enjoyed it too. They then went off to play golf and brought home a late night curry which was actually quite yummy.
Started to panic though when Husband told me our move wasn’t going to go to plan! Starting to get stressed.
Friday – It was our last music session but only one person turned up – the one taking over from me. It was a bit of a let down but she has lots of ideas about promoting it and getting people to sign up so I am hoping it continues. Its such a lovely group. Its a relief for me as I am feeling really pregnant now. Rosie very winy but looks like tooth is cutting.
Saturday – Husband had to work today but he came with us to Poppy’s ballet lesson and a quick coffee and cake stop beforehand. I was planning on taking the girls into town for a bit afterwards but Rosie was very tired and grumpy. Poor little thing has suffered with every tooth! Poppy and I just chilled until Daddy came home.
Sunday – A lovely family day out and the weather was gorgeous. We enjoyed a lovely walk out with the bikes, played in the park and enjoyed a picnic whilst listening to a music festival followed by an ice cream! I think I over did it a bit though and suffered in the evening. Husband made me put my feet up and relax though which definitely helped.
So a bit of a mixed week that ended on a high.
