At 29 weeks pregnant I have had  a massive growth spurt and my bump has appeared out of nowhere. Clothes have started to become  a bit tighter, especially night clothes and I am generally feeling a bit more uncomfortable. Then the lovely people from Melba London came to the rescue and sent me some new clothes to review.

Well I had no idea what to expect but was amazed and excited when the parcel arrived. Inside there was a pair of black roll top trousers, a bright red sexy/ summery looking camisole and a gorgeous nightie. Wow, just what I needed and far more than I was expecting. I couldn’t wait to get them on.

These roll top trousers are gorgeous and a must have for any pregnant womens wardrobe. Priced at  £35.00 they wont break the bank and will last you all the way through your pregnancy and beyond. I cannot explain how soft and comfortable they are, I just know I am going to live in mine from this point on.

A good length, they can either be worn rolled down under the bump or pulled up over, depending on what you prefer. They are so soft they could even be worn after  a C Section in hospital. I also think in those early days it takes for your tummy to shrink back, they will be a life saver.

These trousers get a huge thumbs up from me and I would definitely recommend.

The gorgeous camisole top comes in  a variety of colours  (black, navy, buttermilk and orange as well as the red). The red happens to have knickers to match which I may well have to purchase.

Camisoles cost £25.00 but be warned they are so lovely you might need more than one colour. Seeing as though I am going to be having a Summer baby I could see me ordering more.

The top itself is very soft and stretchy. The lace edging is not itchy in slightest, even though I have very sensitive skin. It is so comfortable and could be dressed up or down depending on the occasion. I love mine, especially the vibrant red. Its gorgeous!

Next up is the gorgeous nightdress:

This comes in a choice of navy blue or lilac and once again is super soft and comfortable.  I cannot recommend enough.  At £25.00 its a pretty reasonable price too.

Its nice and long so as your bump grows it still covers everything. In fact you would feel lovely wearing this in hospital, during or after labour. Its  a good length so you would be decent as well as cool and comfortable. It would be easy enough to have skin to skin with your newborn and breastfeed too…perfect! I think its pretty flattering too.

I am thrilled with all of these items and can tell they are going to all be worn to death. They will also be going with me to hospital.

Talking about your hospital stay, Melba London also do a bundle to take in with you:
