This week we have seen a shift in the girls behaviour and moods. The girls really are now completely relaxed after a busy year at school. They are arguing less, lying in and have just wanted to be outdoors playing together.
Over the weekend we headed off to Claremont for a lovely day out.
After that it was all about the pool! They have literally spent the week in the pool. Wednesday was the best day though when my Sister and her boys came over to join us. So much fun, they pretty much spent the whole day in there! only getting out for food!
We have also managed to catch up with some more school friends this week. The girls really enjoyed seeing them for the first time this summer. They do miss their friends during the holidays.
Oh the caterpillars have all turned into chrysalis now. Sadly we are not going to see them turn into butterflies as we are heading off to Portugal for two weeks . Instead we will be passing them over to our neighbours to look after them for us and enjoy:
We have also been back to the movies. This time to see Petes Dragon. Husband grew up watching the original one and loved it. He then introduced the girls and I to it about three years ago and since then we have watched it many times together. Seeing the new one was amazing and we loved it! Totally different storyline but good anyway.
Off to Nanny and Gramps again now for a bit more house hunting. Fingers crossed we find “the one”!
