My girls love any small world toys. Give them a house, a village, stables or a palace and they are happy. That’s why we love Fisher-Price and adore reviewing their toys. Of course we had to say yes to reviewing their latest toy- the Little People Disney Princess Musical Dancing Palace.
Little People are aimed at those aged between 18 months and 5 years. They are toys children can grow into whilst developing key skills and abilities. Nowadays its mostly Daisy that plays with them but both big girls will occasionally join in too. I especially love listening to Rosie’s imagination as she plays. At 5 she really gets into it.
Here’s a little video of the palace in action:
The palace itself is attractive to the eye and includes 15 songs, sounds and phrases. The things we particularly like about it is that it is easy to keep clean and doesn’t have too many pieces to loose. Theres nothing to snap or break and we know from experience that the doors stay on. Always good. The only negative thing I will point out is that when they are spinning and dancing, it is quite noisy. Check out my video to see what I mean. It wouldn’t put me off buying it but I have to mention it.
This toy comes with 3 characters – a Belle, Cinderella and Prince. I would have liked to see the Beast included too but maybe thats just me.
The Disney Princess Palace is currently priced at approximately £44.99. Whilst this might seem a little steep it will last and will be played with for years.
Lots of fun as always.
