Over the past few years we have got back into traveling again and are loving it. Husband and I have always been passionate about travel and have had some amazing holidays over the years. We even lived in Canada for a few years and made some amazing road trips. Now we are enjoying sharing our passion with our three little girls. We have realised that holidays don’t have to stop when you have children, they are just different! They always involve new experiences and lots of family fun though.

With three little girls all at school now it’s not always easy or cheap to get away but In 2016 we have enjoyed five lovely but very different holidays. We spent New Year at the wonderful Coombe Mill Farm, Easter in a Cornish holiday home, We spent two glorious weeks during the Summer holidays in Portugal and then October half term in the Cotswolds. Finally we enjoyed a wintery weekend mini break in Bluestone Wales. We have also been on plenty of adventures closer to home too:

2017 is a big year for us with a career change for Husband and a return to Gloucestershire, a new home for us all and new schools for the girls. However, we still intend to have lots of fun and adventures. In fact the plan is to have a year of adventures!

We have decided that each month during 2017 we are going to make the effort to explore somewhere new. It might involve visiting somewhere in England for a night or a weekend. It might be Scotland or Wales. It could be a city break abroad or even a sun holiday. Ideally there will be a Wintery one too. A lot depends on Husbands new job and when he can get time off but do watch this space. We have an exciting plan involving 12 wonderful family adventures.

As always with this blog we will bring you lots of photos, plan on getting creative with more videos and there will of course be plenty of pretty outfits too.
