This weekend saw the Dartmouth music festival and seeing as though we live so close we thought we would go and investigate. It was a gorgeous sunny day so we decided to take the bikes and just go and see what was happening:
We all enjoyed a walk along the waterfront looking at the boats and people crabbing, then a little play in the play park before we all got hungry. It was such a lovely day that we decided to stop at the bakers and buy a range of tasty treats to enjoy in the park . Whilst enjoying the picnic we listened to some of the music playing before stopping for an ice cream on the way home.
Here are some of the photos of the day:
We all enjoyed ourselves and it was a lovely family day out in the sunshine:
The only thing was getting everyone home and up our big steep hill. That bit wasn’t fun or easy! Apart from that it was lovely.

May 14, 2012 at 9:57 am (13 years ago)We used to love a day out at Dartmouth when we lived in Devon, I love the holiday feel there and all the boats down on the sea front. Festival time is a great opportunity for a relaxed family day in the fresh air and looks like you took full advantage. Thank you for sharing with me on Country Kids
