Tonight is a big night in this house…tonight is the School Christmas disco.
So what does a seven year old wear to a School disco nowadays?
Well for this particular seven year old it needs to be the perfect combination of pretty but cool, the latter being totally essential for a Junior of course. Luckily we have been sent just the thing. Obviously in this house it is not jeans or anything black…no that would be very “uncool”. Instead it is the very gorgeous Twirly Bow dress from Frugi.
The colour is gorgeous and it’s pretty snowy town scene with contrasting polka dot ribbon are a winning combination. My little big girl is going to feel very much a star tonight. As soon as she slips it on she can’t stop twirling and dancing. Just what you need for a disco or any party. I have a feeling i’m not going to be able to keep her out of this dress its gorgeous.
Perfect for twirling in, Poppy thinks this beautiful layered dress with its ribbon tied in a big bow is going to make her feel like the belle of the ball…in a very trendy way of course.
So why do we love Frugi so much? Well first of all their clothes are made from organic cotton which just feel gorgeous against children skins. There is never anything to irritate or aggravate. Secondly they are fun. The girls love their bright colours and gorgeous prints and can’t wait to wear them. In fact the whole collection is made for dancing in! Thirdly they are made to be long lasting and durable…truly they are. This is perfect in a house of three girls. I know they can be passed on down and will look just as fabulous in a few years time.
Another very lovely thing we adore about Frugi is that their clothes are made as ethically as possible and they love to give back. In fact this year, with 1% of every sale going towards saving the environment they have managed to donate over £200,000 towards the cause as well as donating to an orphanage in India. So every time you buy from Frugi you are doing a bit to help too.
I think this really is the perfect Christmas disco party dress don’t you?
As usual each member of the Frugi family has picked something gorgeous from the new Christmas collection, I’m sending you on over to Chelsea Mamma to see what she chose.

November 13, 2015 at 9:11 pm (9 years ago)Oh what a pretty dress! I love Frughi both for their ethics and they make clothes that look like they’re still for little girls not mini adults. I hope Poppy has a wonderful time, she looks gorgeous:)
