Little girls love Disney Princesses, small toys and all the little bits that go with them and my big girls are no different. So when the opportunity arose to review some Palace Pet toys I just had to say yes please….making me “the best Mummy ever”!!!
We were sent the Disney Princess Palace Pets Royal Carriage set and the Disney Princess Palace Pets Fashion Tails – Beauty:
The Princess Carriage set retails at around £17.99 and is aimed at around age: 4+. My girls are 4 and 6 and play beautifully with it. It includes Teacup who is Belles puppy complete with removeable tiara, cape and sunglasses for a very grand entrance. She is of course in a beautiful carriage which features a built in table and tea set accessories. Perfect for imaginary balls and parties.
The Disney Princess Palace Pets Fashion Tails – Beauty retails for around £9.99 and is again aimed at aged 4+. This set includes Princess Aurora’s kitten Beauty. She is a very stylish kitten who loves makeovers and has 5 tails, one for every occasion as well as a brush to help keep them looking beautiful. Little ones will have great fun with imaginary play, brushing and swapping her tails for a variety of events:
Now anyone who knows me and reads my reviews will know I’m not a huge fan of small plastic toys. However, my girls are. So like most other families today, our house is full of them.
To a grown up these really don’t look much. Yes they are attractively packaged in all the gorgeous girly princess colours but they are still small and plasticky with fiddly little bits.
However, to a child these toys are amazing. They transport children into an imaginary land full of princesses, puppies and pretty little things. A place where they play together really nicely….now that is priceless so I’m impressed:
Honestly these small toys entertain my girls for hours. They play nicely together which is always a bonus, making up little stories and scenarios. They spend ages brushing their tails and taking them to imaginary parties.
My girls give Palace Pets a huge thumbs up and no doubt we will be collecting more.
