Today was one of those days when I was really glad we took the cameras out. Not only was it a beautiful Autumn day filled with the usual running in the park, throwing leaves and playing hide and seek behind the trees but it was also the day when Daisy's walking really took off.

You see she has been walking for about 6 weeks but still doing lots of crawling too. I haven't rushed to buy her shoes as she hasn't needed them really. Luckily Rosie's first pair were barely used, in perfect condition and the right size so we popped them on her for today's outing. She was so excited she just took off. She fell a few times but each time got up and carried on. She must have walked miles bless her:

She was loving not being confined to the pushchair. I'm pretty sure it won't be long and she will be running along with her Sisters. It was definitely a lovely way to start the half term. Poppy was happily taking photos, Rosie loved jumping in the leaves and collecting treasures and we all enjoyed just being together for a change.

Here's a few more photos:

We've had lots of fun playing outdoors this week but this was the best day.
