You know that feeling you get when you go back to somewhere you've lived before and you feel like you're home? Well having moved around a lot I get that feeling in many places especially when it comes to Surrey.

Recently we have moved again, not just house but area too. We have moved away from the beautiful rolling countryside of Gloucestershire closer to London. Fear not though, there are still plenty of beautiful leafy green areas around here too. My girls can still be Country Kids!

10 years ago and before having any children Husband and I used to live in Kingston, around the corner from Richmond Park. We used to live in the park, love the deer and spend weekends running or cycling around it. Nowadays and with three little girls who love being outdoors, we couldn't wait to see it again and to take them to see it too. We don't live around the corner in Kingston this time but it's definitely not too far away by car and somewhere we will visit often as the girls loved it too:

There was plenty of room to run and explore, it wasn't crowded at all. The girls loved the freedom but were most excited by a very kind gentleman who was blowing bubbles for his uninterested grandson and convinced him to blow them for them instead haha. They had great fun.

Of course once we realised our faveourite ice cream shop was still there we had to have one before coming home. They were still as delicious (white chocolate & honeycomb for me mmmmmmmm yummy)!

I didn't get any photos of the deer this time as wasn't close enough. We saw lots when we drove around but I didn't have my camera ready. The girls were amazed by them though so plenty of opportunity for that in the future.

As always I'm linking in with Country Kids, my inspiration behind getting my girls outdoors and enjoying the Countryside.

Hoped you've had a good week.
