Whenever people come to visit now they too end up on long walks with us. This was one of those times over the Christmas period. My parents came to us this year so following a few days of too much food and drink it was off to walk it off.
Wrapped up warm we headed to a beautiful park we know. Each time we visit we find a new area we haven’t explored yet and this day was no different. The girls were thrilled to see swans and ducks but disappointed we hadn’t any food with us.
Even Rosie who had been unwell over the whole holiday and had little energy couldn’t wait to run, explore, climb and swing in the trees. It’s amazing what a little fresh air can do:
It was a little cold, pretty wet and very muddy but lots of fun. Just what we all needed to blow the cobwebs away.
