Last weekend saw another warm and sunny day so after a delicious pub lunch with Mum, Husband joined us and we headed over to Stratford Park, near Stroud for a bit of outdoors fun. With 56 acres of green flag parkland there really was plenty of space to run and scoot around:

There were ducks to feed, still a favourite thing to do even for big girl:

There was a smooth path to scoot along. Daisy was a bit hot and bothered so preferred to stay in the pushchair for this bit:

There were benches to just sit back on and relax to admire the view or play with Daddy on:

There was a play park, where Rosie found her confidence:

Daisy happily played on the swing:
And Poppy ran everywhere until bright red in the face she decided to calm down:

Of course there were ice creams but I can't find any photo.

Nanny and Gramps even came to join us too:

Unfortunately the heavens then opened and a quick sprint back to the car was required. We enjoyed it so much though we headed back the following day to the outside pool.

Luckily the rain didn't last and the sun came out again in time for a barbeque that evening.

Linking in with Country Kids as always – our inspiration for getting outside more this year.
