On Monday I made a lovely batch of chocolate playdough (I'll put the recipie further down in case you are interested). Since then it has been used daily by all 3 girls and has provided hours of entertainment for them.

The problem? Whilst it may smell heavenly (just like chocolate) be warned this stuff looks like pooh, especially when you've sat in it just before going out!

Yesterday I was going to the gym and whilst I was getting changed Daisy was playing beautifully with the stuff. Once we were all organised I sat down on the bench and played with her for a bit and then we cleared it away for later. Yes you've guessed it! Off I went to the gym, did an hours work out and headed back to the changIng room where I noticed that the whole of my bottom was covered in the stuff, not just a little bit either. it was horrible.

I cannot believe no one pointed it out to me.

So be warned, whilst it might smell delicious it doesn't look great at all. You might want to check your clothes after playing with it.

Here's the recipe. It's super quick and easy to make:

2 cups plain flour

1 cup salt

1/2 cup cocoa powder

2 tbsps vegetable oil or baby oil

2 tbsps cream of tartar

2 cups of boiling water

All you do is add all the dry ingredients and give a good mix, add the oil and give another mix. Finally add the water. I just knead and knead until it feels good. If it's a bit sticky add a little more flour if it's a bit dry and comply add a little water.

Then just add a rolling pin, cutters and if you have one a chocolate box. Voila a whole lot of fun.

Have fun.
