The presents are wrapped, the reindeer dust has been sprinkled, the mince pie and carrots have been left, the story has been read and the stockings hung! The girls love all these little traditions and take great delight in them as do I.
They particularly like that the Elves visited and left them all matching pjs again. A sign that they have made the good list!
This year the girls enjoyed tracking Father christmas on Google. It did make me smile. Although Rosie got quite upset at one point thinking he was going to arrive really soon and would miss them out if they didn’t go to bed now!! She did calm down but didn’t want to stay up!
Finally they are all asleep so we can sit back and enjoy a little Mulled wine and relax before the big day. Tomorrow we are having a big Christmas dinner at ours. My parents, Sister, Brother-in-law, Nephews and my lovely Nana will be joining us and we are really looking forward to it. Hope you have exciting plans too.
Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
