Its heart breaking when your teeny tiny baby comes down with a cold! Daisy was just 6 weeks when she caught her first one (older Sisters passed on their nasty germs). She was full of it and pretty miserable too. The poor little thing had a very blocked and swollen nose, puffy eyes and a nasty cough. I can only imagine how her throat and chest must have felt.
Unable to give her anything like Calpol I was using menthol drops on a muslin tied to her cot and in boiling water etc but nothing was working. I was therefore both thrilled and relieved to be offered the chance to review a few products that could work.
I was sent both Snuffle Bebe Vapour Rub and Nasosal drops:
What a relief to be able to give her something and even better they worked. The snuffel babe smelt gorgeous and I rubbed it all over her chest, throat, back, clothes and swaddle blanket. She smelt lovely and even better she could breath easier.
The Nasosal drops were very easy to use too. A simple saline solution, you simply drop a few drops into each nostril. Daisy wasn’t too keen at first but she soon realised they actually cleared it, making her more comfortable so she didn’t complain as much after a few days.
Available from most pharmacy’s and supermarkets these products will not break the bank and will help your little ones on the road to recovery. They helped us anyway.
