With a daughter called Rosie there couldn’t be a more perfect word for the letter R this week:

She’s my gorgeous middle one. I don’t need to worry about her missing out on attention as she is the one who is always there. If there’s a gap on your lap, she’s in it, if your hand is empty she will put hers in it, if there is an errand to run she wants to accompany whichever of us is going. Lately she has taken to putting her fingers in the shape of a heart and holding them up to us telling us “I love you”…very cute:

She’s very sweet and affectionate and turning out to be pretty clever too. She’s flying through her reading books with no trouble, has super neat handwriting and loves drawing and making things aswell. She absolutely loves School and is really enjoying learning. I love her little notes and messages she regularly leaves us:

She can be very sweet and kind but she can be a little monster too. She will let out an annoyingly loud, high pitched scream if one her sisters dares to upset her or take what she wants. On the other hand though, she is the funny one. The one that makes them all laugh and leads her Sisters astray. Weirdly, in imaginary games she likes to be the scary one or naughty one but she’s not that naughty really:

Mostly she dances though. She has been doing ballet since aged 2 1/2 but now does modern and tap too. She loves it and doesn’t stop dancing and twirling. She has also recently started doing gymnastics but gets frustrated as Poppy has been doing it longer and is better at cartwheels then she is:

She really is turning out to be a lovely little girl.
