Lilly and Sid have done it again this season with another fantastic range of clothes for Autumn/Winter. We are especially loving the unicorn prints and were thrilled to be gifted with new dresses for Rosie and Daisy. Today I am sharing Rosie’s new one:
Contrast Collar Applique Dress – Unicorn Plaid
Now sometimes I think Lilly and Sid know what will suit my girls better than I do. When we were asked to pick an item each for the youngest two (they don’t stock Poppys size at the moment but plan to soon) we picked the double skirt dress in the unicorn print. However, when this one arrived it didn’t matter at all because Rosie loved it and I think she looks pretty good in it too:
It really does suit her! I love the collar as well as the appliqué detail. I must admit plaid isn’t something I would usually go for but it looks fantastic. Proof that sometimes it’s good to step out of your comfort zone and try something new:
It was perfect with sandals on this sunny day but I can see it is going to be well loved this Autumn and Winter. It will look great with chunky tights and boots and will work well with a long sleeved tee underneath and/or a cardigan. Too hot for all that on this particular day though, Rosie enjoyed the sunshine wearing it without the need for layers:
As always Lilly and Sid clothes are perfect for any occasion. Perfect for playing in or even special occassions. It definitely gets a big smile from this little girl:
