This year we changed our minds at the last minute and headed off to my parents for a few days. I’m so glad we did as we had a lovely few days and the girls enjoyed some quality time with their Grandparents. The weather was really mild too which meant plenty of time outdoors.
We started Easter day with a lovely little egg hunt in the garden. We don’t like the girls to have too much chocolate but it wouldn’t be Easter without a hunt. Ours of course was a very pink and girly one:
The big girls were so excited they raced off at top speed leaving Daisy to pick up all the ones they missed. She just dawdled along thrilled with every egg she found:
Lots of fun and three happy girls who were very happy with their full baskets.
Later we enjoyed a walk and an egg and spoon race too. But that’s a whole other post.
