Rosie adores being outside with animals and nature, so a party at Prinknash Bird and Deer park was perfect for her. She had an absolutley amazing party and as far as parties go, this was probably one of the easiest ones we have ever done:

Here are seven reasons your child might enjoy a party there too:

1. Prinknash Bird and Deer Park is In such a beautiful setting

There is no getting over the fact that the park is set in stunning grounds. From the moment they arrive, your child and guests will be smiling. Ours didn’t stop smiling for the rest of the day either.

2. You get 12 children and 4 adults into the park included within the price.

A really good number for a party. Not too big and not too small, we thought it was perfect.

3. You will be well looked after.

The staff at Prinknash bird and Deer Park were amazing. Little details such as the greeting, the pink wheelbarrow to help get your party food to where it needs to go were much appreciated. We chose the self catering option which included a beautifully decorated table but if you want to they can look after all the details, do the food for you and even clean up afterwards.

4. The animals are so friendly, the children will be amazed and so talk about it for weeks to come.

Having a peacock tickle you as it tries to get food from your palm or the deer coming in close and allowing you to stroke them are experiences our party won’t forget in a hurry. Even those, that had been before were delighted to be there, enjoying it with their friends. Just follow the trail around the park until you get back to the gypsy caravan in time for lunch.

5. You don’t need any other entertainment but if you want it it can be arranged.

We almost went for the face painting extra but didn’t as we have three parties to organise and pay for over 6 weeks. For Rosie and her friends, being able to see all the animals and play outside was enough. We had taken extra games like pin the tail on the unicorn and had music ready for musical statues and musical bumps but the two hours flew by and there wasn’t enough time for party games.

6. The gypsy caravan is the most picture perfect place for a birthday party.

After you have spent an hour following the trail around the beautiful park, you will arrive at the destination for your party food. The guests will be delighted with the sight of the most perfect gypsy caravan, decorated in hundreds of tiny fairy lights and the parents too. I’m not sure who was most excited…Rosie or me!

7. Once your guests get picked up you can head back into the park to enjoy the rest of your day in peace and quiet:

We didn’t stay too much longer as had gymnastics afterwards. Just long enough to get a few more photos without worrying about keeping your eyes on 12 children. Had we not had gymnastics, we would have spent the rest of the afternoon in there as it was beautiful:

Rosie had a bit of a unicorn theme going on so I made her a unicorn rainbow cake and we included pretty little unicorn bracelets in the party bags together with marshmallow pops, unicorn tattoos and a few sweet treats. Her friends were all delighted.

All in all a gorgeous party in a beautiful setting. Thank you Prinknash for looking after us. Rosie had an amazing party and we would definitely do it all again.
